To request a refund or withdraw from a contract, email [email protected]. No sign-in is required.

Send your request by email
Include these details so we can identify the contract:
- Full name
- Your full name
- Confirmation email
- The email address used for the purchase
- Contract reference
- Invoice, subscription number, or account email and purchase date
- Country of residence
- Two-letter country code; this does not limit your rights
Clearly state whether you are requesting a refund, withdrawing from a contract, or both. If you are withdrawing, include a clear statement that you withdraw from the identified contract.
The ordinary withdrawal period is 14 days from the initial contract. Stronger mandatory rights remain applicable. Refund and withdrawal information.
